How do I personalize my ticket?

If you purchased your ticket through Paylogic, you should have received an email with the direct link where you can personalize your tickets. If you do not receive your ticket(s) within 24 hours of personalizing them, please contact the Paylogic Customer Service at customerservice@paylogic.com

 

If you need to change the name on your ticket(s), you can do so HERE, but please note that a service fee will be charged for each ticket (€15 weekend passes / €5 opening party). Please follow the appropriate link to change the name on your ticket:

What is included with my pass?

Weekend Passes grant admission to the festival (Friday-Sunday) and all of its programming, as well as access to our free shuttle. You’ll have access to two stages of music, a swimming pool, yoga, food vendors, and much more. Weekend passes do not include admission to the Opening Party on Thursday night.

Why are there different prices for the same pass?

The price goes up as the festival nears, so the earlier you buy your pass, the cheaper it will be.

Can I buy tickets using a Moroccan credit card?

Yes, tickets can be purchased with a Moroccan credit card through ticket.ma.

Can I buy a hotel room with my ticket?

Visit our packages page to browse hotel packages via Festicket.

Are there other outlets where I can buy tickets?

Tickets are currently available via ticket.maFesticket and Resident Advisor. We will list additional outlets as they become available.

When and how do I get my wristband(s)?

When you get to the festival, you will need to exchange your ticket for a wristband at the Box Office. Each ticket has a unique barcode which will be scanned. Tickets can only be scanned once, and no duplicates will be accepted.

You will be asked to present a government-issued ID that matches the name on the ticket(s) and proves that you are at least 18 years old. Wristbands will not be released if the name on the ticket does not match the name on the wristband.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds or exchanges. Oasis is a rain or shine event and artists are subject to change.
