Festival Dates & Hours
The box office is located directly across from the main festival gate and will be open for wristband exchange from 15:45-3:00 during the festival (Friday & Saturday) and 15:45-00:00.
Before you can enter the festival, you will need to exchange your ticket for an RFID wristband. These wristbands are how you enter the festival each day, and will also be your method of payment for all food, drinks, and activities offered on-site.
To pick up your wristband, you will be required to show government-issued photo identification that matches the name printed on the ticket(s). You must be at least 18 years old to attend the festival.
Wristbands are placed directly on the wrist of each person. The box office will not distribute loose wristbands. If you purchased multiple tickets under one name, all of the people in your group must be present.
All wristbands will be allowed to enter the festival grounds twice each day. This means you can exit the festival and come back once. If you leave a second time, you will not be allowed to re-enter the festival.

The festival is a rain or shine event.

Food & Drinks
At Oasis, you’ll be able to experience the best cuisine Morocco has to offer. As far as drinks go, a wide variety of beverages (including beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic) will be served at bars across the festival grounds.
Safety & Medical
There is nothing we care more about than your safety and well-being. As such, doctors and paramedics will be on-site to help you with any type of medical problem. If you need assistance, go to the medical area located in the villa adjacent to the moroccan square, or look for a festival staff member. Please don’t be afraid to stop by the medical tent – even if you just have a question.
If you see anyone at the festival who appears to be in need of medical assistance, please inform a member of our medical or security team, or even help him/her find their way to the medical tent. We are all in this together, so please look out for one another! Lastly, anyone bringing medication or a syringe for medical purposes will need to show your medication, prescription and a photo ID at the festival entrance.
Everybody will be subject to search entering the festival site. Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for all festival attendees. To ensure this, there will be on-site security provided by local police and private security. If you are experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff member.
Set times are available on the Oasis mobile app, available now in the App Store (theoasisfest.com/app).
If you wish to lighten your load during the festival, visit the bag check station to store your belongings during the festival. Bag check is located in the villa adjacent to the Oasis stage (reception area). Please note that you will have to pay each time you check your bag in. If you need to access your bag, you much check it out. If you would like to store it again, you will be asked to pay.
