How do I pick up my wristband?

Before you can enter the festival, you will need to exchange your ticket for an RFID wristband. These wristbands are how you enter the festival each day, and will also be your method of payment for all food, drinks, and activities offered on-site.

 

To pick up your wristband, you will be required to show government-issued photo identification that matches the name printed on the ticket(s). You must be at least 18 years old to attend the festival.

 

Wristbands are placed directly on the wrist of each person. The box office will not distribute loose wristbands. If you purchased multiple tickets under one name, all of the people in your group must be present.

How do I upgrade my Weekend Pass to VIP?

If you already purchased a weekend pass but would like upgrade to VIP, you must do so through the same ticketing outlet that you purchased the original ticket from. Procedures for each outlet are as follows:

 

Paylogic / Buy a VIP ticket and forward the confirmation for both the original ticket and the VIP ticket to customerservice@paylogic.com. Your original ticket will be canceled and refunded.

 

Guichet.ma / Send an email to contact@guichet.ma and they will send you a special link to pay for the difference. You will be issued a new ticket and your original ticket will be cancelled.

 

Festicket / Send a message via this link: http://bit.ly/oasisVIP and they will send you a special link to pay for the difference. You will be issued a new ticket and your original ticket will be cancelled.

Can I buy tickets using a Moroccan credit card?

Yes, tickets can be purchased with a Moroccan credit card through guichet.ma.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds or exchanges. Oasis is a rain or shine event and artists are subject to change.

How do I change the name on my ticket?

If you purchased your ticket through Paylogic, you should have received an email with the direct link where you can personalize your tickets. If you do not receive your ticket(s) within 24 hours of personalizing them, please contact the Paylogic Customer Service at customerservice@paylogic.com.

 

If you need to change the name on your ticket(s), you can do so by following this link, but please note that a service fee of €15 will be charged for each ticket.

 

For all other ticketing outlets, please contact their customer service directly.
